A graduate of UCLA with Dean's List honors, Dawn has over 14 years of experience in television and digital programming, Dawn has worked on some of the hottest TV shows from MTV’s “The Real World” to cult classic CW’s “Veronica Mars” to Discovery’s “Destroyed in Seconds” and Animal Planet’s “Untamed and Uncut.” Dawn brought her experience in television to FremantleMedia’s digital division, where her business acumen and social finesse eventually lead to the promotion from series producer to heading up YouTube’s first pets and animals multi-channel network.

Hai’s talent is crafting videos and series that will resonate and engage viewers. Hai is the man with the finger on the pulse of what’s trending and the eye for style. Hai is very familiar with viral videos having produced and filmed over 50% of The Pet Collective’s videos that have hit a million. Hai has headed up several successful digital campaigns from StyleHaul’s The Crew, #TheFriskies Cat Video Awards and crafting custom shows for pet food giant Purina, all valued in excess of one million dollars.
